Responsibilities: Monitoring: Daily monitoring of all EDI transactions on Clients Application Server Data Entry: Need to create orders by looking the data from Excel, PDF, Emails etc... Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve EDI-related issues, troubleshoot errors, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for swift resolution.
