Job Description

Job Title:Edge Coordinator-

Location:

Working Hours:

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate school teachers in effectively using the product.
Motivate teachers to increase product usage.
Collect and share product-related feedback from teachers with TCE and follow up for solutions.
Ensure all hardware and software provided by TCE in the school are in proper working condition.
Update the school server with new content and product features.
Log calls for all technical and content-related issues.

Requirements:

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic technical knowledge (hardware/software troubleshooting).
Ability to coordinate with teachers and provide support.
Prior experience in educational technology or school facilitation is a plus.
