Key Responsibilities

• Provide engineering expertise and support for Windows desktop environments in production.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts and provide deep-level diagnostics on Windows platforms.
• Utilize SCCM for device management, including operating system deployment (OSD).
• Manage endpoint device configurations using Microsoft Intune, Google Workspace, or Omnissa Workspace ONE.
• Collaborate with product vendors to understand roadmaps and provide feedback through feature requests and bug reports.
• Automate tasks and workflows using PowerShell scripting.
• Maintain structured documentation and ensure operational processes are well-documented.
• Contribute to Agile project methodologies and actively participate in sprints and standups.
• Support and maintain thin client devices (preferred).
• Participate in testing activities using standard tools and methodologies.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in Windows Desktop Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Intune, Google Workspace, or Omnissa Workspace ONE.
• Expertise in SCCM and basic familiarity with SCCM OSD.
• Strong knowledge of end-user computing hardware and software.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills on the Windows platform.
• Experience working directly with vendors for product support and roadmap alignment.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation development.
• Ability to produce and maintain high-quality technical documentation.
• Understanding of Agile project methodologies.
• Experience with thin clients is preferred.
• Familiarity with standard testing tools and processes is a plus.
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and problem-solving mindset.
