Job Description

Technical and design support for projects and programs related to bodies & buckets
Assistance on addressing quality issues
Technical support for value chain projects
NPI project assistance
Response to technical requests from the field team
Support of creation of marketing & product support materials
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in an accredited engineering curriculum
5+ years of engineering experience
Experience with buckets, bodies, or large structure components
Experience with product design and releasing tools
Experience with New Production Introduction programs
Experience providing support to current production products and customers to resolve issues quickly with design solutions

Top candidates will also have:

Strong analytical skills
Prior experience with CPI and other product support processes
Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
Mining or construction industry experience
Experience with manufacturing of buckets
