Key Responsibilities Device and process design and simulation of advanced power MOSFET structures and test patterns. Conduct electrical characterization and reliability testing of MOS test structures and commercial MOSFETs. Develop analytical models and extract parameters. Who Should Apply We are looking for a motivated and research-oriented individual preferably with a good foundation and aptitude in the domain of semiconductor devices and technology. Qualifications B.Tech/B.E. or M.Tech/M.E. in Electronics & Communication Engineering , Microelectronics , Nanoelectronics , VLSI , or equivalent. Minimum CGPA of 7.0 in the highest degree. GATE or NET qualification is mandatory. Hands-on exposure or coursework in semiconductor device design, TCAD simulation , or device characterization will be considered a strong plus.
