Role Description

This is a contract role for a Junior Researcher at IIT Bhubaneswar. The Junior Researcher will be responsible for conducting research in the domain of computational mechanics and advanced composites. The role also includes to conduct experiments using continuous fibre composite 3D printer, preparing reports, and collaborating with faculty and other researchers. This is an on-site role located in Bhubaneswar.

Qualifications

• Masters in structural engineering/ applied mechanics/ mechanical design (or equivalent) domain
• Background in computational mechanics
• Familiarity with finite element software packages/ capability to write own FE codes
