Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and self-driven individual with 15 to 20 years of experience to join our team as an ECS Cloud Architect & Advisor (CAA) Reference Architecture Owner in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Technology Consulting, solution design, and enterprise architecture.

Roles and Responsibility

Lead the creation of CAA Reference Architecture positions and support Presales engagements.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers on technical topics and collaborate with internal teams during the sales cycle.
Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert for customers on SAP Cloud ERP Private topic and its offerings.
Present detailed technical, security, and operational aspects of SAP Cloud ERP Private Edition and value proposition to customers.
Conduct detailed technical workshops with customers to define the "to-be" architecture and blueprint customer requirements around HA/DR, Business Continuity, Security & Compliance, networks, etc.
Generate pricing and provide ongoing deal support to sales teams.

Job Requirements

Minimum 15 years of experience in customer-facing SAP Technology Consulting, including Basis Admin, DB Admin, Migrations, Upgrades, Business Continuity, Operations, etc.
At least 10 years of experience in solution design, enterprise architecture, or SAP implementation.
Experience in a customer-facing pre-sales role is advantageous.
Knowledge of IaaS Providers (AWS, MS Azure, or GCP) and data centers is beneficial.
Proficiency in SAP HANA and S/4 HANA technical skills.
Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is an asset.
High proficiency in the SAP product portfolio, offerings, and industry solutions.
Good understanding of SAP solutions (releases, platform interdependencies, etc.).
Good understanding of operational aspects (Application or Technical) of SAP solutions in a cloud environment.
Good understanding of the entire platform stacks (storage, virtualization, hardware, networks, etc.).
Good understanding of capabilities of at least one Hyperscaler (AWS, MS Azure, or GCP).
Willingness to undertake customer-related travel on short notice.
High proficiency in customer communications and presentations.
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering or Computer Science, Business Administration from an accredited university.
