eCPL Specialist

Role Overview: You will be responsible for ensuring the timely collection, monitoring, and reporting of Quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for management reporting. Additionally, you will support and track the implementation and maintenance of the local Quality system in accordance with the Sandoz Quality Manual. Your role will involve managing processes and systems for all GxP Quality Assurance and ensuring full compliance with GxP and Sandoz Quality. You will also contribute to process improvement and ensure timely completion of corrective and preventive actions. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure timely collection, monitoring, and reporting of Quality KPIs for management reporting - Assist in Health Authority inspections and internal audits by providing information and documentation - Support and track the implementation and maintenance of the local Quality system - Manage processes and systems for all GxP Quality Assurance - Ensure full compliance with GxP and Sandoz Quality - Contribute to process improvement and implementation of modified processes - Track and ensure on-time completion of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) - Review quality deliverables to ensure compliance with health authority requirements and SOPs - Prepare and review GxP documentation - Support Compliance review of projects and inspection readiness and management - Report technical complaints, adverse events, and special case scenarios related to Sandoz products - Distribute marketing samples where applicable Qualification Required: - Functional Breadth - 8+ years of relevant experience Additional Details: Sandoz is a leader in the Generic and Biosimilar medicines sector, providing over 900 million patient treatments across 100+ countries.
