Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging and research-informed teaching at the UG, PG, and doctoral levels.
Supervise and mentor Ph.D. scholars and research students.
Conduct original research and publish in Scopus-indexed or peer-reviewed journals.
Develop and revise curricula that align with global academic and industry standards.
Collaborate on interdisciplinary projects and research initiatives.
Lead or contribute to research funding proposals (funding experience is an added advantage).
Organize and participate in academic events, conferences, and seminars.
Contribute to academic planning, quality assurance, and departmental growth.

Eligibility Criteria

Ph.D. in Economics
or a closely related field.
Minimum 7 years of teaching experience
in a recognized university or institution.
At least 10 research publications
in Scopus-indexed or peer-reviewed journals.
Successfully supervised at least 1 Ph.D. scholar
to completion.
A proven academic and research track record, with contributions to curriculum design and innovation.
Experience in externally funded research projects is desirable.
Excellent communication, leadership, and academic networking skills.
