- Provide academic and creative leadership for the Department of Game Design.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate faculty members to ensure high-quality teaching and learning.
- Oversee curriculum design, course delivery, assessments, and continuous improvement.
- Build partnerships with game studios, publishers, and tech companies for collaborations, internships, and live projects.
- Education Background in a relevant field.
- At least 5-6 years of experience in the gaming industry ( corporate/academia)
- Strong portfolio of work in game design, development, or research.
