Join us as an Economics & Markets Strategy Associate. You will be a part of our Economics & Markets Strategy team where you will be responsible for tracking the global economy and financial markets. Your insights and opinions expressed through financial trades and research reports will be crucial for investors worldwide. Your role will involve developing strategies to optimize trading and sales opportunities for the business. This high-profile position offers significant exposure and the chance to make a substantial impact. This role is at the associate level. In this role, you will focus on tracking emerging markets and analyzing their impact on foreign exchange (FX) and rates. Building valuation models, conducting statistical analysis of economic data, and using these insights to support your research will be key responsibilities. Your tasks will include analyzing market data, trends, and events to formulate trade ideas and identify investment opportunities. Additionally, you will collaborate with team members globally and work closely with sales and trading teams on various ad hoc requests and projects related to Economics & Markets FX rates research. You will write and publish analytical and thematic research reports, track macroeconomic data releases, and provide global economic insights for indicators. Your contribution to ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality work on time will be essential. Moreover, you will manage projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing processes. To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of six years of experience in financial markets research with a strong focus on currency markets. A technical and analytical mindset, along with proficiency in economic and financial markets databases like Bloomberg and Haver Analytics, is necessary. While exposure to economics and markets, Python programming skills, and a solid academic background with progression towards a CFA certification are desirable, they are not mandatory. Furthermore, your experience in both finance and technical domains, working with global stakeholders, strong interpersonal and written communication skills, as well as proficiency in Excel will be valuable assets to bring to this role.,
