As a Management Trainee at the Global Analytical Center (GAC) of CRISIL, you will have the opportunity to work as a research & analytics center for S&P Global Ratings, the leading provider of credit ratings, research, and thought leadership. Your responsibilities will include: - Working closely with S&P Global Ratings Analyst(s) to monitor and track the performance of a portfolio of credits/transactions within the Financial Institutions and Insurance sector, and responding to credit events. - Engaging in tasks involving proprietary models capital models, projections, forecasting, and stress case scenarios. - Conducting detailed market analysis, including peer comparisons, industry drivers, macro-economic trends, regulatory policies, and implications. - Applying asset class specific and broader credit ratings principles and methodology with a forward-looking analytical approach. - Drafting rating rationale reports that detail the analysis with a strong analytical opinion and backing. - Supporting S&P Ratings Analyst with various activities to produce credit ratings. - Collaborating with S&P Global Ratings and Research teams across sectors, asset classes, and regions. - Tracking the financial environment such as macroeconomic developments, and sector/asset class performance. - Building strong working relationships with global clients, including making presentations, having analytical discussions, and participating in training and learning sessions. - Participating in ratings committees/discussion forums around company/transaction, key market events, and assisting in drafting periodic and thematic research pieces. Join us as an Economics & Markets Strategy Associate. You will be a part of our Economics & Markets Strategy team where you will be responsible for tracking the global economy and financial markets. Your insights and opinions expressed through financial trades and research reports will be crucial for investors worldwide. Your role will involve developing strategies to optimize trading and sales opportunities for the business. This high-profile position offers significant exposure and the chance to make a substantial impact. This role is at the associate level. In this role, you will focus on tracking emerging markets and analyzing their impact on foreign exchange (FX) and rates. Building valuation models, conducting statistical analysis of economic data, and using these insights to support your research will be key responsibilities. Your tasks will include analyzing market data, trends, and events to formulate trade ideas and identify investment opportunities. Position : Real Estate/Construction Sector Equity/Credit Rating Professional (8-14 yrs) Role and Requirements : - MBA with 8-14 yrs of experience - Should have extensive experience in equity/ credit rating/ credit research in the Indian Real Estate/Construction Sector and on Indian Companies in the Sector - Role will involve Sector Reports/ thought leadership on the sector as well as credit rating of proposals of companies in the sector - He/She should be able to write special reports on the Sector - Should have knowledge and experience in financial analysis/ credit appraisal/ credit rating/ equity research for the Indian Real Estate/Construction Sector - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Knowledge of financial analysis - Expertise in MS Suite of Products Location : Mumbai This position is for a Leading Credit Rating Agency
