Director - Investment & Advisory

As a Director of Investment & Advisory at VenturEdu, you will have a crucial role in sourcing, evaluating, executing, and managing relationships with various investors. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying high-potential investments with VC firms, early-stage/angel investors, etc. - Planning and organizing the engagement of investors on a regular basis - Sourcing and evaluating new investment opportunities through financial, operational, and market analysis - Supporting in negotiating term sheets, shareholder agreements, and governance provisions - Leading thematic research and market mapping in target sectors - Conducting diligence across business, financial, legal, and product dimensions - Assisting in Communications, reporting, and growth strategy of VenturEdu and Fibonacci X Qualifications required for this role include: - Strong academic background in business, finance, tech, or economics (MBA/CFA is a plus) - 3+ years of relevant experience in VC/PE, startup founding, investment banking, consulting, or family office investing - Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment About VenturEdu: VenturEdu is a new-age venture school that provides student entrepreneurs with structured access to strategy experts, Series A+ founders, venture capitalists, in-house capital, and campus-based support.
