Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an E-commerce Specialist based in Nashik. The E-commerce Specialist will be responsible for managing online sales channels, analyzing metrics to improve sales performance, handling customer inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include updating product listings, coordinating with the warehouse for inventory management, and executing promotional and marketing activities to drive sales.

• Excellent Analytical Skills
• Exceptional Customer Service & skills specially on shopify
• Ability to execute and manage marketing strategies
• Experience in inventory management is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
