Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Specialist, located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Ecommerce Specialist will be responsible for managing online product listings, optimizing e-commerce platforms, analyzing sales data, and coordinating with various teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Other tasks include monitoring website performance, handling customer inquiries, and executing promotional strategies to drive online sales and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong E-commerce and Sales skills
• Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret sales data and optimize performance
• Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in managing e-commerce platforms and online product listings
• Team player with the ability to work collaboratively
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
• Experience in the retail industry is a plus
