Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Specialist located in Ahmedabad. The Ecommerce Specialist will be responsible for managing online store operations, optimizing the e-commerce platform, analyzing sales data, and coordinating with the sales and marketing teams. Daily tasks will include monitoring website performance, updating product listings, handling customer inquiries, managing promotions and discounts, and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive online sales.

Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills to interpret sales data and monitor website performance
Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to handle customer inquiries and coordinate with internal teams
Experience in E-Commerce and Sales operations
Understanding of digital marketing strategies for e-commerce
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Experience with e-commerce platforms and tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
