Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Specialist located in Surat, Gujarat, India. The Ecommerce Specialist will be responsible for managing the online sales and presence of Elan Jewels. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing sales data, improving customer experience, overseeing website design and functionality, managing online marketing campaigns, and communicating with customers to ensure satisfaction. The specialist will also coordinate with various teams to maximize sales and promotional efforts.
