Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Specialist located in Surat, Gujarat, India. The Ecommerce Specialist will be responsible for managing the online sales and presence of Elan Jewels. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing sales data, improving customer experience, overseeing website design and functionality, managing online marketing campaigns, and communicating with customers to ensure satisfaction. The specialist will also coordinate with various teams to maximize sales and promotional efforts. Qualifications Experience in E-Commerce and Sales Strong Analytical Skills Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of online marketing and advertising strategies Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms and tools Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Experience in the jewelry industry is a plus
