About the Role

Ecommerce Platform Manager

Core Responsibilities

Platform Ownership: End-to-end management of the e-commerce platform (cataloging, content, pricing, features).
Growth Strategy: Understand revenue drivers, customer behavior, and contribute to topline growth.
Competitive Intelligence: Analyze competitors, market trends, and adapt platform strategy.
Feature Development: Collaborate with tech/product teams to drive enhancements and new capabilities.
Cross-functional Leadership: Work with marketing, sales, supply chain, and analytics teams.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; Masters degree is a plus.
5+ years of experience in platform management, digital operations, or product ownershippreferably in ecommerce or a tech-driven environment.
Strong proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI) and experience building actionable dashboards.
Familiarity with ecommerce platforms (Magento, Shopify), digital payments, and marketing technologies.
Experience with AI tools and conversational interfaces (e.g., ChatGPT) is highly desirable.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
