We’re growing quickly and need an experienced E-commerce Operations Manager to help scale our online sales and streamline our processes. Role Overview We’re seeking a results-driven E-commerce Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our online store, from order fulfillment to inventory control, customer service, and platform optimization. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth, efficient, and customer-focused operations. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily e-commerce operations, including order processing, shipping, and returns. Manage product listings, pricing, and promotions across our online platforms. Coordinate with warehouses, suppliers, and logistics partners to maintain optimal inventory levels. Monitor KPIs such as conversion rates, fulfillment times, and customer satisfaction scores. Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs. Ensure compliance with e-commerce best practices, security standards, and brand guidelines. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support sales campaigns and launches.
