Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Warehouse Manager to oversee and coordinate the daily warehousing activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the receipt, storage, dispatch of goods, and ensuring productivity targets are achieved and that all warehouse processes run efficiently. Key Responsibilities:Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations. Set up layout and ensure efficient space utilization. Initiate, coordinate, and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures. Adhere to all warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation requirements. Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security. Manage stock control and reconcile with the inventory management system. Prepare and maintain reports on warehouse productivity and inventory. Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate warehouse staff. Liaise with suppliers, customers, and transport companies as needed. Coordinate and monitor the movement of goods in and out of the warehouse. Requirements:Proven work experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role. Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Experience with warehouse management software and databases. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: Any Degree (a degree in logistics, supply chain management, or business administration is a plus)
