Job Description

You will be joining Weldots, a fast-growing eCommerce company established in 2020, focusing on a variety of innovative products such as premium face masks and phone accessories. With a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, Weldots has catered to over 1 million customers and is continuously expanding its product range. As an eCommerce Operations Manager, your role will involve streamlining operations to support the company's growth. Key Responsibilities: - **Process Improvement**: - Identify and implement enhancements in operational processes to boost efficiency. - Utilize technology and automation tools to streamline workflows. - **E-commerce Platform Management**: - Manage the day-to-day operations of the Shopify website. - Handle order processing, shipment tracking, and returns for a seamless customer experience. - Conduct regular inventory checks and update stock levels on all platforms. - Execute website updates including banners, product listings, and promotions. - Manage product cataloging, including images, descriptions, and pricing updates. - **Order Fulfillment & Logistics**: - Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. - Build and maintain relationships with shipping and logistics partners to optimize delivery schedules. - Monitor and enhance fulfillment processes to minimize errors and enhance efficiency. - **Inventory Management**: - Monitor stock levels and oversee reordering processes to prevent stockouts or overstocking. - Coordinate with the warehouse team to maintain precise inventory records. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, E-commerce, or a related field. - 1-3 years of experience in eCommerce operations, preferably in a fast-paced setting. - Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills. - Preferred experience with Shopify and inventory management systems. - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. - Capability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools. - A proactive and collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and develop.
