Job Description

As an eCommerce Manager at i95Dev, you will be the strategic owner of the company's regional digital commerce initiatives in the ANZ market. You will play a crucial role in driving growth across clients" eCommerce ecosystems by overseeing trading performance, digital optimization, platform enhancements, data-driven decision-making, and experience delivery. Your responsibilities will involve a mix of hands-on execution and high-level commercial ownership, collaborating with various teams to achieve measurable results across different platforms. You will: - Lead eCommerce growth strategies for ANZ clients, focusing on revenue, traffic, and conversion objectives. - Own the digital trading calendar for multiple brands, ensuring excellence in product launches, merchandising, customer experience, and promotions. - Partner with global marketing and delivery teams to enhance acquisition, retention, and commerce experience strategies. - Oversee site trading on platforms like Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce, making real-time decisions on pricing, assortment, and customer experience. - Drive continuous improvement across CRO, page performance, merchandising, and funnel conversion. - Collaborate with product and engineering teams to shape platform roadmaps, enhancements, integrations, AI-led automation, and new features. - Lead performance reporting and translate analytics into actionable commercial insights. - Manage cross-functional teams and agency partners to ensure best-in-class digital execution. - Represent i95Dev in partner conversations with leading eCommerce and ERP vendors in the region. - Support ANZ business development efforts with insights, demos, and localized commerce strategy input. You are an experienced, data-driven eCommerce professional with a passion for both strategy and hands-on execution. Your qualifications include proven success in managing end-to-end eCommerce operations, deep experience with platforms like Shopify, Magento/Adobe Commerce, or BigCommerce, proficiency in analytics tools, and excellent stakeholder management skills. You should also have experience supporting or influencing D2C, wholesale, or B2B digital initiatives, along with a proactive, commercial mindset and a focus on elevating customer experience.
