Earth Store is a reputed, diversified Home and Kitchen brand. We have our online presence on all major platforms and are very popular among homeowners. We are private label manufacturers of Crockery, Home Storage and wellness items like Bamboo products, Aroma Oils and Skin care products.

We are looking for an E-Commerce Executive manages a company's online sales channels, driving revenue growth by overseeing website content, digital marketing (SEO/SEM, campaigns), product listings, sales analytics, and customer experience, while coordinating with marketing and logistics for seamless operations and improved conversion rates. Key duties include optimizing user experience, running promotions, analyzing data, and handling customer service to boost online performance and meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Platform Management: Update product listings, manage website content, and ensure site functionality.
• Sales & Strategy: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, implement SEO, and create strategies to increase traffic and conversions.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor key metrics (sales, traffic, conversion rates) using tools like Google Analytics to optimize performance.
• Customer Experience: Handle inquiries, manage customer feedback, and improve user journey on the site.
• Campaigns & Promotions: Manage online promotions, discounts, and loyalty programs.
• Cross-functional Coordination: Work with marketing and logistics for smooth order fulfillment and operations.
• Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's in marketing, Business, or related field.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with e-commerce platforms, digital marketing tools, Google Analytics, SEO/SEM.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
• Experience: Proven experience in e-commerce or digital marketing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
