Key Responsibilities

As an E-commerce Executive Intern, you will be actively involved in supporting the e-commerce operations team to drive online sales and customer engagement. Your responsibilities may include:

• Product Management
• Assisting in product listing, uploading, and updating details on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, Shopify, etc.).
• Ensuring accurate product descriptions, pricing, and images.
• Order & Inventory Management
• Monitoring stock levels and coordinating with the warehouse/operations team.
• Tracking and processing customer orders.
• Sales & Marketing Support
• Assisting in creating and executing online promotions, campaigns, and offers.
• Coordinating with the digital marketing team for SEO, social media, and ads.
• Customer Service
• Handling customer queries, reviews, and feedback.
• Ensuring timely response and resolution.
• Data & Reporting
• Preparing daily/weekly sales and performance reports.
• Analyzing sales trends and suggesting improvements.

Skills & Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed graduation/post-graduation in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.) is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines.
