Company Website: https://www.ecomceptive.in/ Position: Ecommerce - Brand Development Associate Salary: 3,00,000 per annum Working Hours: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM Working Days: Monday to Saturday Weekly Off: Sunday Job Overview: Ecomceptive Solutions is looking for a passionate, driven, and strategic individual to join our team as an Ecommerce - Brand Development Associate . This client-facing role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and is excited to grow within the dynamic eCommerce space. You will be the key point of contact for brands, helping them scale their presence and sales on platforms like Amazon and Flipkart. Key Responsibilities: Client Management: Act as the primary relationship manager for assigned clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute growth strategies tailored to each clients business on Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces. Operational Support: Resolve cataloging, order, listing, and compliance issues efficiently. Performance Monitoring: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, inventory, and ad performance; suggest data-driven improvements. Advertising Campaigns: Coordinate with the internal digital team to plan and manage paid ad campaigns. Communication: Maintain clear and timely communication with clients about updates, strategies, and opportunities. Reporting: Share periodic performance reports, growth metrics, and strategic insights with clients. Key Skills Required: Ability to manage multiple projects and client accounts. Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills. Basic knowledge of eCommerce platforms, especially Amazon and Flipkart, is a plus. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. A problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. Eagerness to learn and grow in the eCommerce industry. Qualifications: Bachelors or Master’s degree in any stream. Freshers are welcome to apply. Prior experience in eCommerce or account management is a bonus, but training will be provided from scratch . Candidates must be willing to learn and adapt in a rapidly evolving work environment.
