Role Description

As an Ecommerce Associate, you will be responsible for managing online sales activities, updating product listings, handling customer inquiries, and processing orders. You will also assist in creating marketing campaigns, analyzing sales data, and maintaining inventory records. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Experience with online sales and ecommerce platforms such as Shopify.
• Proficiency in managing product listings and updating online catalogs.
• Strong customer service skills, including handling inquiries and resolving issues.
• Marketing skills, including developing campaigns and analyzing data.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Previous experience in the pet care industry is a plus
