Ecommerce account manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced E-commerce Account Manager with specialized skills in managing and optimizing product listings on Amazon and Flipkart. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of increasing sales, managing inventory, and improving product visibility through strategic account management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon and Flipkart, ensuring accuracy and attractiveness.
• Analyze sales data, customer reviews, and competitor performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate inventory management, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
• Respond proactively to marketplace changes, customer inquiries, and feedback.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, and Customer Support) to ensure seamless account management.

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
• Proficient in MS Excel and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
