Job Description

As a D2C Ecomm Manager - Marketplaces at SEREKO, India's 1st Psychodermatology Skincare brand, your role will involve helping SEREKO generate qualified traffic, increase brand equity, and gain higher revenue and profit on marketplaces. Your responsibilities will include: - Providing regular reports about marketplace performance to management, highlighting all relevant metrics. - End to end pitching and negotiation with marketplaces for listing, promotions/advertisements, volume planning, and margin negotiation. - Liaising with internal departments such as marketing and design to ensure attractive and competitive product listings. - Coordinating with the inventory team to ensure adequate product supply on marketplaces. - Strategizing and executing market sampling with agencies and marketplaces. - Leading sales planning and execution, price benchmarking, and determination. - Working closely with management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback, and results. - Developing and implementing strategies to increase online sales, optimize user experience, and lead a team of e-commerce specialists. - Leading pricing strategy, including discounts and promotions campaigns. - Enhancing customer experience, monitoring sales performance and key metrics, and establishing efficient order fulfillment processes. - Building system capability for competitor benchmarking and keyword insights trends. - Handling customer inquiries and complaints, assessing promotional campaigns, and staying current with industry trends. - Developing skills continuously for hiring, training, and leading team members to meet revenue objectives. The impact of your work will include an increase in overall marketplace sales, higher customer satisfaction rates, increased traffic and conversions, reduction in operational issues, improved customer acquisition, and successful product launches on new platforms. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - At least 5 years of experience in online marketplace management. - Strong knowledge of the eCommerce industry and best practices. - Proficiency with marketplace management tools and software. - Strong analytical, forecasting, negotiation, and relationship management skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment. - Problem-solving aptitude and strong product understanding of relevant trends. The ideal candidate for this role should be detail-oriented, highly adaptable, results-driven, an excellent collaborator, and resilient. Immediate joining is an additional advantage for candidates.,
