eComm & digital manager

As an eComm & digital manager at Glan Solutions, your role involves creating, managing, and enhancing applications in the areas of eComm & digital function. You will collaborate with the IT Leader to manage digital & eComm application instances, including dependencies from the global demandware/SFCC platform and JV partner, and integrate them into the India eComm landscape. Your key responsibilities will include: - Establishing and maintaining IT processes to manage site IT operations, resolve issues, and prioritize enhancement requests to support the eComm strategic direction. - Ensuring that the systems under your responsibility meet SLAs, are stable, and serve their purpose at minimal costs. - Contributing to the eComm IT strategy by managing staff, researching, and implementing technological solutions, and ensuring business requirements are clearly documented. - Identifying eComm & digital demands, articulating business requirements, and providing training on solutions and enhancements. - Being accountable for project delivery, managing personnel and outside contractors, and providing leadership and coaching to your team when required. Key Relationships: - Internal business customers in eComm & digital. - Global IT Vendor, market and global colleagues, Local vendor partners. - Internal staff, IT vendors, contractors. The ideal candidate for this role should possess: - Strong understanding of leading eComm solutions, primarily Salesforce Commerce Cloud with SFRA framework, and process management of eComm store operations. - Proven business process analysis skills and knowledge of application deployment life cycle. - Good to have experience in DC inventory management, order management systems, and application integration. - Ability to manage and lead effectively in a team environment, with strong technical project management and solution architecture skills. - Experience in waterfall, iterative, and agile methodologies, including working in a scrum team and cloud technologies. You must also have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, be highly motivated, and able to communicate clearly and collaborate across projects.
