As an eComm & digital manager at our Gurgaon location, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and enhancing the applications landscape within the eComm & digital function. You will collaborate with the IT Leader to ensure the seamless operation of digital & eComm application instances, including integrations with the global demandware/SFCC platform JV partner in the Indian eComm landscape. Your role will involve establishing and maintaining IT processes to manage site operations, resolve issues, and prioritize enhancement requests to support our eComm strategic direction. It is essential to ensure that the systems under your responsibility meet SLAs, remain stable, and serve their purpose at minimal costs. Your contribution to the eComm IT strategy will involve managing staff, researching technological solutions, and implementing strategic initiatives. You will play a crucial role in identifying eComm & digital demands, ensuring clear articulation and documentation of business requirements, and leading project delivery within specified timelines and budgets. Additionally, you will manage personnel and external contractors as needed and provide leadership, welfare, and coaching to your team when required. Key Relationships: - Internal business customers in eComm & digital. - Global IT Vendor, market and global (HQ) colleagues, Local vendor partners. - Internal staff - direct reports (where applicable). - IT vendors, contractors (where applicable). To excel in this role, you must possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively on multiple projects. Your expertise in leading eComm solutions, particularly Salesforce Commerce Cloud with SFRA framework, will be essential. You should demonstrate proficiency in process modeling, process management of eComm store operations, and other digital areas. Business process analysis skills, application deployment life cycle knowledge, and experience in technical project management and solution architecture are highly desirable. The ideal candidate will also have experience in DC inventory management, order management systems, and various integration aspects within the eComm architecture. Proficiency in working with waterfall, iterative, and agile methodologies, as well as strong team management skills, will be advantageous. Effective communication, leadership, and the ability to motivate multiple teams towards project milestones are key attributes for success in this role.
