As an eComm & digital manager at Glan Solutions, based in Gurgaon, you will play a crucial role in creating, managing, and enhancing the applications landscape within the eComm & digital function. Collaborating closely with the IT Leader, you will oversee application instances related to digital & eComm, including dependencies from the global demandware/SFCC platform and JV partner, ensuring seamless integrations in the India eComm landscape. Your responsibilities will include establishing and maintaining IT processes to effectively manage site IT operations, resolve issues, and prioritize enhancement requests in alignment with our eComm strategic direction. It will be imperative for you to ensure that the systems under your purview meet SLAs, remain stable, and serve their purposes at minimal costs. Contribution to the eComm IT strategy will be a key aspect of your role, involving managing staff, researching, and implementing technological solutions within your area of expertise. You will also be tasked with identifying eComm & digital demands, articulating business requirements clearly, and documenting change requests and new enhancements effectively. Additionally, as the eComm & digital manager, you will be responsible for project delivery within stipulated timelines and budgets, managing personnel and external contractors as needed, and providing leadership and coaching to your team when required. Key Relationships: - Internal business customers in eComm & digital - Global IT Vendor, market and global (HQ) colleagues, Local vendor partners - Internal staff - direct reports (where applicable) - IT vendors, contractors (where applicable) Knowledge Skills and Abilities: To excel in this role, you must demonstrate proficiency in interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across various projects. Your strong understanding of leading eComm solutions, particularly Salesforce Commerce Cloud with SFRA framework, will be essential. In addition, your expertise in process modeling, process management of eComm store operations, and other digital areas will be highly valuable. You should possess proven business process analysis skills and a good understanding of DC inventory management, order management systems, and various integration aspects within the eComm architecture. Knowledge of the application deployment life cycle, analytical abilities, and strong project management skills will be crucial for success in this role. Moreover, your capability to lead effectively in a team environment, coordinate multiple tasks concurrently, and work with waterfall, iterative, and agile methodologies will be key strengths. Your communication skills, both verbal and written, will be essential for interacting with stakeholders at all levels of the business.
