Early Childhood Educator - Supervisor School

As a Centre Supervisor located in Chembur, HP Nagar, your primary responsibility is to ensure the safety and welfare of all children under your care. This includes supervising trained staff to ensure constant supervision, implementing individualized care plans, and regularly assessing classroom interactions and safety protocols. You will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of the educational curriculum, ensuring lesson plans are aligned with developmental benchmarks and early childhood frameworks, and providing support to staff in adapting learning plans for children with special needs. Building strong relationships with families, responding to parental concerns, and facilitating family involvement in center events are essential aspects of your role in parent and community engagement. Additionally, you will be required to ensure compliance with childcare regulations, conduct safety audits, maintain incident logs, and act as the primary contact in emergency situations. Supervising and developing teaching and support staff, conducting performance evaluations, and fostering a supportive work culture are key components of staff supervision and development. You will also be responsible for managing center operations, including schedules, supply inventory, and budget use, as well as maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance documentation. Gathering feedback from staff and parents, implementing initiatives to enhance learning environments and child outcomes, and continuously striving for quality assurance and improvement are vital for ensuring the overall success and effectiveness of the childcare center under your supervision.
