We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to the CMD to provide strategic and administrative support to the Chairman & Managing Director. The ideal candidate will manage calendars, coordinate meetings, handle communications, and ensure smooth execution of key business initiatives while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic and administrative support to the CMD in decision-making, planning, and execution. Manage calendar, appointments, meetings, and conference schedules with internal and external stakeholders. Handle and draft professional communication on behalf of the CMD. Coordinate and track progress on key projects, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates. Organize domestic and international travel, including visas, itineraries, and accommodations. Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure organized record-keeping. Oversee office management functions and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Plan and coordinate internal and external events, meetings, and engagements. Collaborate with department heads and teams to align operations and communications with leadership objectives. Qualifications:

Bachelor//'s degree in Business Administration or a related field. 5+ years of experience supporting senior leadership, preferably at the executive level. Excellent communication, coordination, and time management skills. High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism. Proficient in MS Office and scheduling/communication tools.
