Territory Exp.:

Experience Required: 7-20 Yrs

Relevant Exp: 3-4 Yrs in FMCG Food Company & B2C process

Offered CTC (LPA): 15-25 LPA

Education Required: MBA from A & B Grade College

Skills Required: 1. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and analytical skills. Business Strategy and Analysis:2. Conduct research and gather data to support strategic planning initiatives.3. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and business performance.4. Prepare reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations.5. Assist in the development and implementation of strategic plans and initiatives.6. Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to the MD/Director.7. Communication and Coordination:8. Act as a liaison between the MD/Director and internal/external stakeholders.9. Facilitate communication and information flow within the organization.10. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes.11. Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion.
