We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-Tendering Operator to manage online tender submissions for government construction projects. The ideal candidate will handle all aspects of e-tendering—from tender search to bid submission—ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant uploads.

📋 Key Responsibilities

Identify and download new tenders from government portals (e.g., GEM, CPPP, PWD, CPWD, NHAI).

Study tender documents, eligibility criteria, and submission requirements.

Prepare technical and financial bid documents as per client instructions.

Coordinate with estimation, accounts, and management teams for document collection.

Upload bids using Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) within deadlines.

Maintain tender tracking sheets and submission records.

Manage EMD, BG, and tender fee payments.

Monitor portal notifications for clarifications, corrigenda, and results.

🎓 Qualifications & Skills

Graduate or Diploma (preferably in Civil Engineering / Business / IT).

1–3 years of experience in e-tendering for government contracts.

Strong computer proficiency (MS Office, PDF editing, email communication).

Familiarity with portals like GEM, eProcurement, CPPP, PWD, and State tender sites.

Excellent attention to detail and deadline management.

Basic understanding of BOQ, technical bids, and financial documentation.
