E-learning Developer (Articulate)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Articulate 360 Developer with 1-2 years of experience to

support the design and development of digital learning content. The role involves working

with tools in the Articulate 360 suite—especially Storyline and Rise 360—to create

engaging, interactive, and responsive eLearning modules that meet learning objectives and

branding guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline and Rise 360.
• Translate scripts or storyboards into interactive learning experiences.
• Integrate multimedia elements like voiceovers, images, videos, and animations.
• Perform quality assurance (QA) and testing to ensure SCORM/xAPI compliance and
• compatibility with various LMS platforms.
• Troubleshoot functionality and user experience issues in published content.
• Collaborate with instructional designers, graphic designers, and subject matter
• experts.
• Support version control, revisions, and updates of learning assets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 1 year of hands-on experience with Articulate 360 tools, especially Storyline and
• Rise 360.
• Understanding of SCORM, xAPI, and LMS publishing requirements.
• Ability to interpret learning objectives and create appropriate interactivity.
• Familiarity with graphic design and multimedia editing tools (e.g., Canva, Audacity,
• Adobe Creative Suite).
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have):

• Exposure to instructional design models such as ADDIE or SAM.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹44,994.23 per month
