E-commerce Warehouse Operation Supervisor - Ecom WH

The E-commerce Operations Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations. You will manage the day-to-day activities, monitor employee performance, and provide guidance and support to the team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the smooth day-to-day operations of the E-commerce division.
• Ensure all E-commerce processes are accurate, efficient, and consistently followed.
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
• Supervise and train new team members, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities and are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
• Monitor employee performance, provide feedback, and address any performance issues or concerns promptly.
• Escalate unresolved issues or concerns to the reporting manager or senior management by maintaining detailed and accurate records.
• Collaborate with other departments or teams to align with and achieve organisational goals and objectives.
• Prepare reports, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular updates to management.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 35 years of experience in an E-commerce Warehouse role. including order processing, return management, and logistics handling, with at least 1-2 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of E-commerce operations and management.
• Proficient in MS Office, email communication, and application handling.
• Language: Kannada - Proficient, English - Good Or Average Plus
• Hindi is an added advantage ,not a Mandatory
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interactions with staff, stores, and senior management.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues quickly and effectively.
