E-commerce Trainee

Working Hours - 9 hours 5 days a week (24*7 US)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a strategic thinker with a relatable knowledge of e-commerce. The ideal candidate will manage and optimize product listings, pricing strategies, and daily operations across online platforms, ensuring product accuracy, availability, competitive pricing, and a seamless customer experience.
This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The candidate will also support promotional campaigns, contribute to process improvements, and identify growth opportunities to enhance customer experience and drive online sales performance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize product listings, pricing strategies, and day-to-day operations across e-commerce platforms
• Ensure product accuracy, availability, competitive pricing, and a seamless online customer experience
• Contribute to process improvements, support promotional campaigns, and identify growth opportunities to drive online sales performance
• Continuously strive to provide a world-class experience to internal and external customers
• Liaise with other departments, such as the product team and the project team, as required, to highlight issues
• Demonstrates the ability to work independently while using the clients knowledge base resources, policies, and procedures
• Maintains high performance metrics such as quality, productivity, first contact resolution, and attendance.

Needs to Have:

• Technical Skills:

• Basic knowledge in MS Office (Excel)
• Basic knowledge of E-commerce

• Communication Skills:

• Excellent verbal & written communications in English
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Education & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in any discipline
