About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Manage and optimize Amazon Global, Shopify, and other international e-commerce platforms. 2. Handle product listings, develop competitive pricing strategies, and oversee inventory management across platforms. 3. Conduct keyword research and optimize product titles, descriptions, and backend keywords to improve search visibility. 4. Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends, issues, and growth opportunities. 5. Plan and execute promotions, discounts, and advertising campaigns to drive conversions. 6. Respond to customer queries and ensure a smooth, positive shopping experience. 7. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment between e-commerce activities and brand strategy. 8. Stay informed on the latest e-commerce trends, marketplace policies, and industry best practices. 9. Prepare and present detailed monthly performance reports covering sales, ad campaigns, inventory movement, and actionable insights.
