E-Commerce & Social Media Executive Job (Remote)

About the job: We're hiring an e-commerce & social media executive to support and grow our global online sales and digital presence at a fast-growing multinational company in the consumable energy products sector. With a focus on expanding our e-commerce channels and brand visibility, we're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to manage online sales platforms and social media engagement. Key responsibilities: 1. Manage product listings, pricing, and inventory across Amazon, Shopify, and other e-commerce platforms 2. Conduct keyword research and optimize product titles, descriptions, and content to improve search visibility 3. Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and generate reports to identify trends and opportunities 4. Plan and execute promotions, discounts, and ad campaigns to drive sales growth 5. Collaborate closely with the marketing and design teams to maintain consistent branding and messaging 6. Develop and manage social media content calendars for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn 7. Monitor social media metrics and audience insights to optimize content strategies 8. Respond promptly and professionally to comments and messages on social media 9. Stay updated on e-commerce platform policies and social media trends 10. Prepare monthly reports on sales, advertising, inventory, and social media performance Role details: 1. Remote role 2. Work timings: 5:30 AM to 1:30 PM IST 3. Schedule: Monday to Friday (weekends off) 4. Excellent opportunity to grow with an international brand What we're looking for: 1. Strong written and spoken English communication skills 2. Experience or familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, or similar platforms (preferred) 3. Basic knowledge of social media management tools and analytics 4. Detail-oriented, proactive, and organized approach 5. Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and data tracking 6.
