About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Coordinate and monitor the progress of New Product Development (NPD) projects 2. Assist in creating product briefs, timelines, and project documentation 3. Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and manufacturers to ensure milestones are met 4. Research competitors, gather insights, and support the identification of new product ideas 5. Organize and track samples, packaging iterations, and feedback loops 6. Stay up to date on packaging, labeling, and regulatory guidelines for different markets 7. Support sourcing, testing, and compliance checks as needed 8. Prepare concise weekly status reports, highlighting progress and challenges.
