Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage performance marketing campaigns on Amazon Ads, Flipkart IRIS, and other marketplace/Q-commerce platforms.
  • Execute campaigns across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, DSP ads and promotions.
  • Optimize daily performance metrics like ACOS, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
  • Analyze campaign data to generate actionable insights and scale results.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for creatives, A+ content, and platform strategy alignment.
  • Monitor trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to stay ahead.
  • Own reporting and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.


Desired Candidate Profile

  • MBA in Marketing or related discipline.
  • 5-7 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing for e-commerce/marketplace platforms.
  • Proficient in Amazon Seller Central/AMS, Flipkart IRIS, and Q-commerce ad tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset, comfortable with data, Excel, and reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to blend creative thinking with performance focus.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
