What you’ll run

  • Store operations:

    product listings (titles, specs, sizes), price/stock updates, order processing, packaging/dispatch coordination, returns/exchanges.

  • Customer experience:

    WhatsApp/IG DM/email replies, FAQs, size/fit guidance, issue resolution, feedback collection.

  • Quality control:

    check 925 stamp/hallmark docs, inspect incoming batches, packaging QC before ship.

  • Logistics & payments:

    coordinate pickups, track shipments, reconcile Razorpay/UPI payouts and COD tallies, raise NDR/RTO actions.

  • Policy & SOPs:

    maintain returns/warranty/care guides, create quick SOPs for repetitive tasks.

  • Reporting:

    daily order sheet, tickets log, refunds/exchanges tracker, weekly ops dashboard.


Must-haves

  • 1–3 years in e-commerce ops or support (fashion/jewelry preferred).
  • Hands-on with

    order panels + spreadsheets

    ; comfort with Shopify/WooCommerce/Custom CMS, Razorpay, Shiprocket/Delhivery, WhatsApp Business.
  • Clear written Hindi + English; calm on chat/DMs; deadline-true.
  • Detail hawk: SKUs, weights, addresses, taxes, no misses.


Nice-to-haves

  • Basic product photography flow, barcode/sku discipline, courier escalation know-how, GST basics.
