Qualifications/ Experience

• Graduate or MBA
• 4+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, well versed with e-comm platforms and portals

Role & Responsibilities

• Accepting purchase Orders and booking appointment slots for e-commerce portals
• Co-ordinating with logistics and warehouse teams for the timely delivery of consignments
• Monitor inventories /allocations
• Tracking shipments till deliveries
• Maintaining Return to Vendor (RTV)/Credit Note (CN) data
• Co-ordinating for Cataloguing
• Coordinating with Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain Management, and Warehouse teams to ensure seamless cross-functional collaboration
• Knowledge of SAP / Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel, Word and PPT)
