Job Description

Job Summary:

E-commerce Operations Specialist

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day
warehouse operations
including in warding, storage, and dispatch.
Coordinate and ensure timely
dispatches
across platforms
Maintain and update
inventory records
to avoid stock discrepancies.
Handle
order processing and label generation
for all online platforms.
Utilize Excel to create reports, manage inventory data, and support operational performance analysis
Work closely with internal teams to maintain proper stock levels and product availability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum
2 years
of experience in
warehouse or logistics operations
(preferably in e-commerce).
Proficient in
Microsoft Excel
must be comfortable with formulas, filters, VLOOKUP, and pivot tables.
Hands-on experience in managing inventory and e-commerce dispatches.
Familiar with
e-commerce seller panels
(Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in D2C brands or third-party logistics (3PL) operations.
Knowledge of ERP or inventory management software.
