E-Commerce Operations Executive

The E-Commerce Operations Executive oversees the productivity and efficiency of e-commerce operations across all platforms. This role involves managing order fulfillment, optimizing the supply chain, enhancing customer experience, and maintaining inventory records. A successful candidate will possess problem-solving skills, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to implement operational workflows effectively. Responsibilities include overseeing order processing, ensuring timely fulfillment, monitoring stock availability, and optimizing inventory allocation. The candidate will onboard new vendors, negotiate pricing and quality standards, and maintain vendor relationships. Collaboration with logistics partners to improve shipping efficiency, minimize losses, and enhance customer satisfaction is crucial. The Executive will manage inventory tracking, conduct audits, forecast demand, and implement measures to reduce stock issues. Customer support operations, post-purchase follow-ups, and feedback collection are essential to enhance customer experience and retention. Managing processes within Shopify, overseeing email marketing campaigns, and optimizing website performance are key responsibilities. Establishing SOPs, analyzing workflows for improvement, and ensuring compliance with policies are vital for operational efficiency. Qualifications include experience in e-commerce operations, vendor management, and email marketing. Proficiency in order fulfillment, inventory management, and supply chain logistics is required. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills are essential for this role. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule and yearly bonus. A Bachelor's degree is required, and proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is necessary. The work location is in person.,
