As an E-Commerce Operations Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the productivity and efficiency of e-commerce operations, ensuring smooth execution across all platforms. Your role will involve managing day-to-day order fulfillment, optimizing the supply chain, enhancing customer experience, and maintaining accurate inventory records. You should possess strong problem-solving skills, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to implement efficient operational workflows. - Oversee end-to-end order processing, ensuring timely fulfillment and minimizing delays. - Monitor order accuracy, stock availability, and seamless coordination with logistics partners. - Analyze order trends to optimize inventory allocation and fulfillment processes. - Identify and onboard new vendors to expand product offerings and enhance profitability. - Negotiate pricing, terms, and quality standards with suppliers to ensure cost-effective sourcing. - Maintain strong vendor relationships and conduct periodic performance evaluations. - Work closely with logistics partners to improve shipping efficiency and reduce costs. - Monitor and manage RTOs (Return to Origin), NDRs (Non-Delivery Reports), and disputes to minimize losses. - Continuously analyze and improve fulfillment strategies to enhance customer satisfaction. - Ensure accurate inventory tracking and conduct regular audits to prevent stock discrepancies. - Forecast demand based on sales trends and seasonal fluctuations to maintain optimal stock levels. - Implement measures to reduce overstocking, understocking, and dead stock issues. - Oversee customer support operations, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of inquiries and complaints. - Implement strategies to enhance customer experience and retention, including post-purchase follow-ups and feedback collection. - Monitor and respond to customer reviews to build brand reputation and trust. - Manage and optimize processes within Shopify, ensuring seamless functionality of the website. - Oversee email marketing campaigns, including abandoned checkout recovery, promotional discounts, and review requests. - Monitor and improve website performance, including loading speed, user experience, and conversion rates. - Establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline operations and enhance efficiency. - Continuously analyze existing workflows to identify areas for improvement and automation. - Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices. Qualifications & Requirements: - Proven experience in e-commerce operations, preferably with Shopify or similar platforms. - Strong understanding of order fulfillment, inventory management, and supply chain logistics. - Experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, and product sourcing. - Proficiency in managing shipping platforms and handling RTOs, NDRs, and dispute resolution. - Knowledge of email marketing strategies and customer engagement techniques. - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills. - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - Strong communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and customers.
