Marketplace Executive

Marketplace Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Marketplace Management:

Manage and optimize product listings on online marketplaces such as B&Q, Wayfair, Mano Mano, Faire.com, The Range, OnBuy, Temu, Fruggo and Others.
Ensure proper product information, content accuracy, and high-quality images for all the marketplaces.
Monitor competitor pricing and strategize competitive pricing for better sales.

Sales & Performance Tracking:

Analyse sales trends, track performance, and generate reports to improve marketplace sales.
Monitor and manage inventory levels to avoid stockouts or overstock situations.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.

Marketing & Promotions:

Plan and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and advertisements on marketplaces.
Optimize product visibility using SEO techniques and paid advertising (PPC, Sponsored Ads).
Work with graphic designers and content teams to improve product descriptions and images.

Customer & Vendor Coordination:

Handle customer queries, reviews, and feedback to enhance user experience.
Maintain relationships with marketplace account managers for business growth and troubleshooting.
Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and resolve listing or suspension issues.

API & Automation:

Must have hands-on experience with ERP tools like Oracle NetSuite, Sellercloud, Brightpearl, Microsoft Dynamics or any other in related tools.
Hands-on experience on API tools, Feed management tools, and Flow management.
Hands-on experience with order and inventory automation.

Skills

Must know advanced Excel, Google Sheets and other office suites.
Working knowledge of PIM and CMS tools or software
Hands-on experience with SEO and Data analysis.
Knowledge of automation in the e-commerce industry
ERP & API tools

Qualifications:

BCA/B.Tech/MCA/MBA/PGDM and experience in a similar industry or role

Experience: 2-5 years
