E-commerce & Marketplace Coordinator

As a Fashion E-commerce Specialist at Phutari, you will play a vital role in managing various aspects of our brand's online presence. Your responsibilities will include sales management, fashion styling, fashion design, and marketing activities. This is a full-time on-site position based in Jaipur, where you will collaborate with a dynamic team of marketers and designers to shape and enhance the identity of our brand. To excel in this role, you should have a proven track record of effectively managing end-to-end operations on popular marketplaces such as Myntra, Nykaa, and others. Your expertise should cover a spectrum of activities, including product listings, inventory management, pricing updates, order fulfillment, returns processing, and generating insightful reports. A strong comprehension of marketplace algorithms, merchandising techniques, and promotional tools will be essential in driving the brand's online sales strategy. You will be expected to liaise with platform account managers and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of tasks. Proficiency in managing the Shopify backend, which includes catalog uploads, discount configurations, and inventory synchronization, is a prerequisite for this role. Additionally, a sound understanding of online marketing strategies and performance metrics is crucial for optimizing campaigns, utilizing coupons effectively, and establishing partnerships with influencers to enhance brand visibility. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are paramount as you will interact with vendors, platform representatives, and internal teams regularly.
